  • Develop and apply advanced MATLAB/Simulink-based models and virtual testing environments to simulate physical behaviors.
  • Analyze product, customer, and safety requirements to translate them into robust, structured validation strategies and technical test cases.
  • Design and run system validation plans, correlating virtual simulation results with real-world physical test bench data.
  • Coordinate key product market-introduction activities, supporting product certification, physical verification, and technical documentation.
  • Support production ramp-up activities and collaborate closely with manufacturing plants to ensure test methods align with assembly constraints.
  • Apply product-engineering and quality methodologies (such as FMEA, 8D, and DRBFM) to drive continuous quality and optimization in our product portfolio.

  • Simulation and Virtual Testing: Proven experience in system testing, physical simulation, or data correlation. Strong experience using MATLAB/Simulink or virtual testing environments is highly valued.
  • Validation and Test Planning: Practical experience in defining test specifications, test execution, data acquisition (DAQ), and evaluating test results.
  • Thermal Systems: Good knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration technology, fluid dynamics, or heat transfer. Prior experience with heat pumps or HVAC systems is a major advantage.
  • Quality Methodologies: Familiarity with standard product development and quality tools, such as FMEA, DFMA, 8D, and DRBFM.

Languages

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required for cross-site collaboration and documentation.
