Cook - Mercy Hospital Logan County
Guthrie, OK
PRN - flexible hours and scheduling!
Overview:
This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: None required. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character. Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills.
- Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
