The Role

As an ISV Partnership Manager, you will identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive merchant acquisition and revenue through the ISV channel. You will manage the full partner relationship lifecycle, from sourcing and presenting the ISV program to coordinating integration, supporting merchant onboarding, and monitoring commercial performance. Working closely with internal teams, you will build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for sustainable channel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new ISV opportunities and monitor the local software market and relevant merchant verticals to build a targeted partner pipeline;
  • Engage prospective ISVs, present the program’s value proposition, and assess business potential, product-market fit, and mutual value;
  • Onboard new partners, support ISV account setup, and ensure partners receive training on company products and program processes;
  • Coordinate communication between ISVs and the Technical Account Management (TAM) team to support integrations;
  • Manage merchants referred through ISVs and coordinate new merchant onboarding in collaboration with Lead Generation and internal teams;
  • Support the resolution of service issues affecting ISV merchants through timely escalation and internal follow-up;
  • Monitor revenue at merchant and partner level, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective commercial and operational actions;
  • Build strong partner relationships and lead regular meetings to review performance, pipeline, and agreed next steps;
  • Prepare and lead Sales and ISV meetings, including agendas, materials, and presentations;
  • Coordinate partner invoicing and payments with Finance and relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate partner records, meeting notes, action logs, and performance reporting;
  • Recommend partnership terms, commercial actions, and channel growth initiatives to Indirect Sales leadership, escalating exceptions and significant risks;
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Merchant Onboarding, Operations, and Support teams, and contribute to additional initiatives supporting channel growth and operational readiness.

At Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI. When you join us, you're stepping into a future-forward environment where technology empowers every role, driving smarter, more efficient.
