The Security Supervisor will lead daily site security operations, acting as the key contact for service delivery and team performance. The Security Supervisor will support and develop security personnel, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

As a Security Supervisor, you will build strong client relationships and provide consistent operational oversight across a 24/7 environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Lead and support the security team, ensuring compliance and high performance.
• Manage staffing, training, attendance, and site documentation.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain site standards and ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Promote best practices, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Essential

• Valid SIA licence.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates the core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

Desirable

• Health & Safety qualification.
• Customer Service training or certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
