Onboarding & Offboarding (Local & Foreign Hires)

- Record Management: Create, maintain and securely store both physical and digital personnel files, ensuring all mandatory statutory documents are up to date.
- Employee Offboarding: Manage the offboarding administrative checklist, including return of company assets, processing work visa cancellations and clear labor cards.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: Experience in an Immigration/Admin capacity, heavily focused on KSA and UAE labor laws
- Technical Knowledge: Deep, hands-on familiarity with KSA (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad) and UAE (MOHRE, ICP) immigration and labor portals and their regulatory frameworks.
