Position Purpose

The Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of Bellbrook's Assisted Living and Independent Living community. This executive leader will oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality outcomes while fostering a culture grounded in dignity, compassion, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all community operations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing senior living communities
• Drive resident satisfaction, quality outcomes, and service excellence
• Lead, develop, and mentor department leaders and team members
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and census growth initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professionalism
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders
• Champion Trinity Health Senior Communities' mission, values, and commitment to exceptional care

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Health Facility Administrator (HFA), Assisted Living Administrator, or equivalent senior living leadership credentials preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or related healthcare settings
• Demonstrated success leading multi-department operations and teams
• Strong financial, operational, and regulatory management experience
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life
