Old Navy is looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to support our Collabs + Emerging Partnerships team, with a focus on apparel graphics. This role will help bring exciting brand collaborations to life through on-product design, working closely with cross-functional partners to create compelling, trend-right graphics for our collections. You’ll contribute to concept development, artwork creation, and production-ready files that support seasonal launches and special partnership moments.

What You'll Do

  • Support concept development by translating creative direction into on-brand, customer-relevant artwork
  • Create and prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, scale, placement, and print techniques
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams to bring graphics from concept to final product
  • Adapt partner brand assets and guidelines into cohesive designs that align with Old Navy’s aesthetic
  • Execute revisions based on feedback while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines
  • Stay current on graphic trends, typography, and cultural influences to bring fresh ideas to the product

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in file setup and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in collaborations, pop culture, and trend-driven design
  • Experience working on licensed or collaboration-based product
