As a Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition at Gap Inc., you'll play a key role in shaping how talent experiences our portfolio of iconic brands.

From coordinating interviews and onsite experiences to supporting the offer process and improving how we hire, you'll help create a recruiting journey that's seamless, inclusive, and personal.

Working alongside recruiters, hiring leaders, and HR partners, you'll bring organization, collaboration, and a people-first mindset to work that matters.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for multi-stage and onsite interviews, including panel coordination, travel arrangements, and clear, timely candidate communications.
  • Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process from first outreach through onboarding handoff.
  • Serve as a key partner to the recruiters and talent acquisition leaders, helping drive recruiting priorities, candidate management and strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and keep candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own candidate pre- and post-employment processes, including background administration, reimbursements, relocation authorizations, and required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage confidential candidate information with care and maintain accurate records in Workday.
  • Document and improve scheduling and candidate-experience processes, leveraging AI tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Leverage industry, competitor, and talent trends to help the team stay informed and ahead of the market.
  • Lead or contribute to projects and initiatives of varying scope, bringing strong execution, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex scheduling situations and help train or support coordinators and new team members.
  • Use AI tools in your daily workflow to streamline scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative tasks, freeing up time for higher-value work.

Who You Are

  • Experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, project management or a similar role, with demonstrated experience coordinating complex, high-volume meeting schedules.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience, bringing care, responsiveness, and professionalism to every interaction.
  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates needs, uses sound judgment, and takes ownership from start to finish.
  • A collaborative partner who builds strong, trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring leaders, HR partners, and candidates.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who can adapt their approach to different audiences and situations.
  • Curious and open to adopting new technology, including AI tools, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and share what works.
  • Comfortable working with recruiting systems, tools, and data, with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
