Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

Crusoe’s Service Desk team plays a critical role in troubleshooting, configuring, and resolving issues across servers, networks, infrastructure, SaaS applications, and file shares. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across networks, infrastructure, and SaaS applications in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve system performance and deliver seamless user support.

  • Own complex issues end to end, from initial report through resolution, documenting outcomes and driving system improvements.

  • Administer and configure cloud identity platforms, MDM automation, and MDR/XDR tools to keep the IT ecosystem secure and efficient.

  • Lead technology rollouts and system upgrades as part of company-wide infrastructure initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Strong background in cloud identity management platforms (SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA).

  • Hands-on experience with MDM automation tools such as Google MDM, Kandji, or Intune.

  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

  • Familiarity with MDR/XDR platforms such as Sophos XDR, CrowdStrike, or Huntress.

  • Proficiency with ticketing systems, IT documentation platforms, and SaaS management.

  • Experience working as a project-oriented engineer, comfortable leading initiatives end to end.

  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to self-start, collaborate, and problem-solve effectively.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of IT systems experience.

  • Prior experience working in large enterprises with significant user bases.

  • Previous NOC/SOC experience.
