About Henry Ford Jackson Hospital
Join our dedicated team at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital, a 412 bed, Level II Trauma, Magnet designated organization situated in South Central Michigan, perfectly surrounded by lush golf courses and beautiful lakes, conveniently 40 minutes west of Ann Arbor, 40 minutes south of Lansing, and 40 minutes east of Battle Creek. Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate, quality patient care. Using the nursing process, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your role is vital in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals, making a direct difference in patient outcomes and experiences.

What You Will Do
- Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care.

Qualifications
What You Will Need
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Professional Certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence
