Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception and responding to workplace enquiries via phone and email

  • Coordinating meeting set-ups, and AV support

  • Troubleshooting workplace technology including meeting room AV equipment, monitors, printers, cables, and room booking systems

  • Managing security and access requests, visitor registrations, and contractor inductions

  • Maintaining workplace amenities, kitchen and pantry areas, and office supplies

  • Managing mailroom operations, courier deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail

  • Supporting workplace events and ad hoc administration activities as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring experience in reception, workplace experience, corporate hospitality, front-of-house, guest services, or office coordination, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

You will:

  • Have a polished, professional, and customer-focused approach

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Possess strong administrative and organisational skills with intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Have experience supporting workplace technology and meeting room facilities

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently

  • Hold unrestricted Australian working rights (PR or Australian Citizen preferred; WHV applicants will not be considered)
