- Lead the successful delivery of a multi-million-dollar project portfolio across multiple sites and locations.
- Provide strategic oversight of project performance, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and resources.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with client and business objectives.
Team Leadership & Capability
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Support leadership development across Project Managers, Supervisors, and broader project teams.
Governance & Risk Management
- Establish robust project governance frameworks, controls, and reporting structures.
- Identify and proactively manage project and portfolio risks.
- Drive compliance across project management processes, standards, and contractual obligations.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Manage portfolio budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and commercial performance.
- Drive cost control initiatives and maximise profitability and value delivery.
- Oversee procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and commercial negotiations.

- Act as the key interface between clients, senior leadership, operational teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships that support successful project outcomes and long-term partnerships.
- Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement

- Standardise systems, reporting, and project delivery processes across the portfolio.
- Capture lessons learned and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
