Job Description

ServiceNow's Security & Risk Unit is at the forefront of AI-powered security innovation, delivering solutions that help enterprise customers detect, respond to, and remediate security threats at scale. As our AI security business continues its rapid growth trajectory, we're expanding our product management team to drive the next generation of AI in Security Incident Response and AI-to-AI security integrations.

As a Sr. Principal Product Manager, you'll lead product strategy and execution of deploying AI features in Security Incident Response (SIR) – while working closely with our large customer base, and partner ecosystem, to ensure customers successfully deploy, and gain value of existing AI solutions.

You’ll also own integrating ServiceNow's AI security solutions with third-party AI systems from leading partners & vendors. You'll be instrumental in defining how ServiceNow’s AI agents communicate and collaborate across security platforms, enabling customers to orchestrate Agentic Incident Response (AIR) workflows across their entire security ecosystem.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Own a significant portion of the AI product Roadmap for Security Incident Response (SIR), and transform requirements into customer-centric solutions
  • Set technical and strategic direction that Engineering, UX, and Sales align to with visibility into VP-level roadmap decisions
  • Focus on driving measurable improvement in customer adoption of AI-powered capabilities in SIR (adoption in production, growth in MAUs, renewals)
  • Lead product strategy for AI-to-AI security integrations that support ServiceNow's growth, defining how autonomous AI agents collaborate across security platforms
  • Work directly with customers & partners in regular strategic meetings to align on solutions, integration, differentiation, and value propositions
  • Communicate priorities clearly across Engineering, Design (UX), Architecture, and partner teams, and own execution / shipping.
  • Translate complex AI and security workflows into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Incorporate customer research, usability insights, and market analysis into product decisions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, leadership, and partner ecosystems

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • AI-first mindset – demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, Gemini) to accelerate product management work across requirements analysis, decision-making, analytics/insights, and workflow automation
  • 8+ years of software product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SecOps, AI/ML or related domains
  • Proven track record defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into executable product roadmaps
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs with a demonstrated track record building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric security solutions
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships with external partners and building successful integrations with established or emerging tech or security vendors
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical problems into easily understood requirements for diverse audiences
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior PMs, helping elevate product thinking and execution quality across the organization
  • Experience in MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent2Agent) protocol is preferred
  • Experience with AI agent communication protocols, API design, or distributed automation frameworks is preferred
