Vacatureomschrijving
Als teamleider bij Securitas ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het mobiele surveillance team. Jij combineert leidinggeven met meewerken op de vloer en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega-beveiligers. Dankzij jou weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is en loopt de operatie op rolletjes.
Wat maakt deze rol zo leuk en afwisselend?
- Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor gediplomeerde én aspirant beveiligers
- Je houdt overzicht op de planning en zorgt dat materialen altijd op orde zijn
- Je beheert en actualiseert klantinstructies en operationele gegevens
- Je begeleidt en coacht aspirant beveiligers in hun ontwikkeling
- Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en helpt nieuwe collega’s aan een sterke start
- Je schakelt nauw met mede-hoofdsurveillanten en de branch manager
- Je draait zelf mee in het rooster en voert surveillancerondes uit

Functie-eisen
- Je hebt een MBO 2 Beveiliger diploma en enkele jaren ervaring binnen de mobiele surveillance.
- 24/7 beschikbaar om weekend-, avond- en nachtdiensten te draaien.
- Een zelfstandige houding, je neemt initiatief en kunt goed communiceren met verschillende partijen.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en kan op eigen gelegenheid naar kantoor
- Woonachtig in de regio van Arnhem
Aanvullende informatie
- Salaris tussen de € 17,37 en € 20,70 bruto per uur (afhankelijk van je ervaring)
- Direct een arbeidsovereenkomst voor minimaal een jaar
- Gemiddeld 120 uur per 4 weken op contract
- Onregelmatigheidstoeslagen afhankelijk van jouw type dienst (conform CAO PB: avond 10%, nacht 20%, weekend 35%, feestdagen 50%)
