Voor een internationale speler binnen de autosector in regio Zaventem zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief bewakingsagent.
In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve taken met ondersteunende securitytaken binnen een professionele werkomgeving.
Vacatureomschrijving
- Beheer van de mailroom en ontvangst van pakketten.
- Correct verwerken en verdelen van inkomende leveringen.
- Opvolging van meldingen via de helpdesk.
- Aanmaken en doorsturen van tickets naar de technische dienst.
- Administratieve ondersteuning bij technische defectmeldingen.
- Sporadisch inspringen voor bewakingsopdrachten indien nodig.
Functie-eisen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht.
- Je kan vlot werken met digitale tools en applicaties.
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld.
- Ervaring binnen bewaking of administratie is een pluspunt.
