Job Description
1.测试策略制定： 主导或管理智能驾驶车辆测试项目，负责制定详尽的测试计划、测试策略和验收标准，确保测试工作高效、全面覆盖量产需求。
2.实车测试执行： 亲自参与并指导团队在苏州测试场及开放道路进行ADAS/AD功能的实车测试，包括但不限于ACC、LKA、NOA、自动泊车等功能的功能、性能及边界测试。
3.问题发现与解决： 准确识别、记录和跟踪测试中发现的问题与缺陷，运用深厚的技术知识和经验进行初步分析与定位，并强力推动研发、算法等团队协同解决，形成闭环。
4.流程与方法优化： 基于对测试理论和方法的深刻理解，持续优化测试流程、方法和工具链，提升测试团队的效率与专业能力。
5.量产交付支持： 对量产项目的测试内容、性能释放标准和交付节点有独到见解，能确保测试工作严格符合量产要求，为项目成功量产保驾护航。
6.跨部门沟通协调： 作为测试环节的关键接口，与产品、研发、质量等多个部门进行高效沟通与协调，确保信息流畅，项目进度顺利推进。
Qualifications
1. 本科或以上学历，车辆工程或计算机类相关工作经验；
2. 具备智驾车辆测试经验5年或以上；
3. 有过主导或者管理车辆测试的项目经历，对于测试理论，测试方法和测试团队的管理有丰富的成功经验；
4. 主导过量中高阶产项目车辆测试，对于ADAS功能有深刻理解，量产测试内容和性能释放要求有自己独特见解和认知；
5. 具备较强的协调沟通和问题推进解决能力；
6. 拥有C照，具备熟练的车辆测试技能。
