主要职责：
- 主导项目投标阶段的技术对齐工作，在投标及需求定义阶段担任与客户对接的主要安全接口人。
- 管理项目全生命周期的安全流程，包括应对客户审核、支持安全评估（如ISO 26262）。
- 负责供应商安全管理，包括协调开发接口协议（DIA）及评审供应商安全交付物。
- 将安全工作包分解为可执行的任务，定义里程碑，并监控系统、软件、硬件团队的实施状态。
- 确保安全交付物（如安全计划、危险分析与风险评估、安全概念、FMEA、FMEDA、SOTIF概念、SOTIF验证确认策略）的质量与完整性，并为安全案例提供发布建议。
- 支持安全相关验证，主导区域性SOTIF验证需求，跟踪实施、性能迭代及回归测试。
- 推动涉及智能驾驶（L2, L2+）、智能座舱域控制器及硬件安全平台的高优先级客户项目的安全开发工作。
- 持续强化安全文化及安全工程知识，确保团队紧跟最新的行业标准。
职位要求
- 拥有4年以上汽车电子电气（E/E）系统开发经验，专注于ADAS、智能座舱或域控制器项目。
- 具备项目管理及功能安全管理经验，拥有较强的沟通与说服能力。
- 具备面向客户的安全主题实战经验，包括主导技术讨论、应对审核及供应商协调。
- 精通FuSa/ISO 26262及SOTIF/ISO 21448标准，熟悉风险评估流程。
- 具备跨职能团队（系统、软件、硬件、测试）安全需求分解及工作包交付管理经验。
- 熟悉ADAS及智能座舱平台的系统安全架构者优先。
- 英语熟练，能够阅读、解读及撰写英文技术文档和规范。
