- 深度参与博世并购后轻型商用空调业务的重大拓展工作，参与产品战略制定、产品定义、研发落地及市场支持全流程。
- 与跨职能团队及国际团队协同开展工作，将市场洞察转化为具备市场竞争力的产品。
- 2 年培养期结束后，结合个人能力优势与职业发展意愿，成长为轻型商用空调领域的产品经理、项目经理或研发经理。
职位要求
- 供热、通风与空调工程（HVAC）或相关专业硕士学历。
- 优秀的系统分析能力与问题解决能力。
- 具备战略思维与全局视野。
- 出色的沟通表达能力及跨部门协同能力。
- 富有求知欲与工作热情，愿意跟随转型中的业务共同成长。
