Job Description
Job Summary:
- 作为生产部门投产项目管理角色参与新客户项目的导入
- 协调并执行新D样件生产
- 维护生产线MES系统中的工艺和零件参数
- 作为生产部门的MES专家参与日常问题的解决
Job Responsibilities:
- 作为生产部门窗口参与客户项目生命周期的管理（新项目导入阶段和量产阶段）
- 参与新项目规划，对项目涉及的人员、时间和技术难点等资源安排提出建议和反馈。
- 负责客户项目样件的准备
- 参与新客户项目相关的设备/工装/新物料方面的可行性评估（与MFP, TEF合作 ）
- 协调新客户项目相关的工装的购买、调试。
- 新样件以及新线导入等工作，维护MES以及工艺零件参数，保证设备有稳定的工艺能力
- 作为生产部门的MES专家参与日常问题的解决，如应用端、服务器端、网络及相关硬 件问题。
- 协调客户审核及参观事宜
- 组织引导生产人员对作业流程和质量进行持续改进。降低生产成本, 提高质量, 达到客户满意的要求。
- 接受主管经理的任务安排。

- 领导解决问题的活动
Qualifications
- 机械或电子工程类本科毕业。
- 2年以上新产品导入或制造行业项目管理的工作经验
- 熟悉MES系统，熟悉样件生产流程
- 良好的学习能力和英文交流能力。
- 善于合作与协调。
