- Lead COEM project execution and launch activities
- Drive milestone achievement and risk mitigation
- Serve as the primary VM-LA interface for COEMs
- Support strategic negotiations and customer engagement
- Strengthen collaboration between Bosch China and Boach Brazil by improving communication, aligning expectations and reducing cultural gaps.
Qualificações
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Chinese languages skills (fluent)
- English languages skills (advanced)
- Brazilian Portuguese languages skills (intermediate)
- Experience in customer project management within the automotive industry, leading B2B negotiations with OEMs.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and with teams from different locations;
- Brazilian and Chinese cultural backgrounds;
Important: This position may occasionally require working hours aligned with China’s time zone (+11 hours).
