Job Description
1. 领导并协调跨部门、跨区域研发团队，推动平台开发项目的实施与交付。
2. 明确平台技术需求，与软件、系统及硬件研发团队协调开发工作。
3. 根据项目整体计划制定开发计划及关键里程碑，确保项目按时交付。
4. 按照开发流程进行系统需求管理、项目变更管理及配置管理。
5. 主动识别项目开发过程中的技术问题及风险，推动问题分析与解决，协调相关资源并及时升级重大风险。
6. 分析项目进展及相关数据，识别偏差并推动纠正措施。
7. 监控平台开发进度及交付质量，协调技术评审和质量关卡评审。
8. 定期向相关团队及管理层汇报项目进展、风险及关键问题。
9. 参与项目技术文档的编制与完善。
Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机电工程或其他相关工科专业背景。
2. 具备软件开发、系统开发或平台开发相关技术背景。
3. 具备技术项目管理或研发项目协调经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的团队合作、逻辑分析及问题解决能力。
5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够有效推动跨部门团队协作。
6. 主动性强，责任心强，具有较强的推动力和结果导向。
7. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
