  • Use onboarding expertise to coach the team on the work, identify capability gaps, and drive learning and training to strengthen team performance.

  • Monitor onboarding performance, including SLAs, quality, NPS/PSAT, and operational metrics, and proactively identify risks, delays, and opportunities to improve partner experience and speed to launch.

  • Serve as the first escalation point for complex partner and operational issues, ensuring timely and appropriate escalation to U.S. onboarding and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner closely with U.S.-based functional leaders, Product, Technology, Category, Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • Use data and operational insights to identify trends, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Build strong operating rhythms around performance reviews, quality calibration, issue resolution, and team development.

  • Provide practitioner insights and feedback to U.S.-based functional leaders to help continuously improve and scale the onboarding operation.
