Talkiatry is seeking a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms as key drivers of new patient acquisition. This role combines senior ownership with day-to-day campaign management.

This person will focus on optimizing and scaling direct response paid social campaigns while improving CAC efficiency and, over time, managing toward LTV. You will be responsible for managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with more platforms likely to be tested over time. Reporting to the Director of Paid Growth, you will also work closely with other marketers from Growth and Creative to develop and execute direct response strategies that maximize ROI and contribute to the overall growth of Talkiatry. You will own the day-to-day paid social decisions within clear budget and risk guardrails and will be expected to independently diagnose performance issues, develop solutions, surface recommendations proactively, and remain hands-on in Meta and TikTok.

About Talkiatry:

Talkiatry is transforming mental health care by making high-quality psychiatry more accessible, human, and sustainable for both patients and clinicians. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we were built to solve one of healthcare’s most urgent challenges: millions of people struggle to access mental health care, while clinicians face growing administrative burden and burnout. Through our technology-powered, in-network platform, we’re changing that, creating a better experience for patients and empowering clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Today, Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and more than two million patient visits delivered nationwide. At our scale, every innovation has real impact. Every workflow we improve, every technology solution we build, and every patient experience we redesign helps thousands of clinicians provide better care to hundreds of thousands of patients. We’re not just growing quickly — we’re redefining how behavioral healthcare is delivered in America.

Joining Talkiatry means joining a mission-driven team that is solving complex problems at scale, driving meaningful change in healthcare, and building the future of mental health care with compassion, innovation, and purpose.

You will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social channels, focusing primarily on Meta and TikTok, with responsibility for day-to-day campaign execution.

  • Own the overall paid social strategy, making sure that we are always investing in the right channels and tactics and making optimization, scale, and media mix recommendations.

  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI, allocating resources across channels and tactics based on results.

  • Direct a data-driven creative strategy, working closely with Creative to rapidly develop and test new ads that are compelling and resonate with our target audience and drive action.

  • Build forecasts and scenario models to inform paid social spend, acquisition volume, and scaling recommendations, with support from the Director of Paid Growth as needed.

  • Regularly analyze and present channel, campaign, and experiment performance to stakeholders, developing actionable insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to inform future strategies.

  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other experimentation to refine targeting, event optimization, and creative strategies.

  • Own the paid social landing page testing roadmap, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, partnering cross-functionally to launch experiments, and evaluating results.

  • Stay informed about paid social platform developments and identify future channel expansion opportunities where appropriate.

  • Partner with the Data team to develop and implement tracking and reporting mechanisms that provide clear insights into campaign performance, while remaining analytically self-sufficient for routine performance analysis and diagnosis

  • Apply sound attribution and measurement judgment across platform-reported and internal performance, conversion lag, incrementality, and other measurement tradeoffs.

  • Use AI tools to streamline analysis and reporting, automate repetitive processes, and increase day-to-day workflow efficiency.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep, hands-on expertise in managing and scaling paid direct response campaigns on both Meta and TikTok.

  • Personally managed large-scale monthly budgets ($1M+) across paid social channels.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and attribution. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques, with strong practical judgment around experiment design and interpretation.

  • High analytical self-sufficiency, with the ability to leverage SQL and BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau) to develop insights and inform strategic decisions.

  • Experience building forecasts or scenario models to inform spend and acquisition decisions.

  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, automate repetitive work, and accelerate analysis.

  • Experience marketing B2C services, subscriptions or another non-ecommerce, higher-consideration direct response business.

  • Nice to have: Marketing experience in healthcare/healthtech or other regulated industries.
