• Persona entusiasta que puede gestionar de manera muy organizada los diferentes procesos involucrados en el proyecto, habilidad de escucha de problemas y gestión de soluciones o enfoques únicos e innovadores al mismo.
Responsabilidades clave: Referente de panadería con franquiciados y proveedores, redactor de especificaciones de categoría.
Requisitos
Profesional en el área de alimentos con especialización en áreas de calidad y/o innovación y desarrollo.
Experiencia: mínimo 2 años en la industria alimentaria, con experiencia en la industria de panadería / pan (aseguramiento de la calidad y / o procesamiento).
• Experiencia (ideal) en el desarrollo y reformulación del procesamiento de la industria alimentaria (ingredientes y aditivos, atributos sensoriales, eficiencias de producción y suministro).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y experiencia interactuando con personas externas (clientes, proveedores, etc.)
• Habilidades de comunicación en inglés (oral y escrita)
• Capacidad para ser siempre profesional y cortés con los clientes / proveedores.
• Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook).
• Muy buenas habilidades informáticas (es imprescindible tener conocimientos de aplicaciones de Microsoft como Excel).
