Somos ETSA Estudios técnicos, empresa especialista en el sector Oil & Gas, encargados de la custodia, preservación y mantenimiento del proyecto GSP. Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda del mejor talento para ocupar el puesto de Conductor de Vehiculo Pesado - Bus
Descripción del empleo
- Transportar a los pasajeros a través de las rutas pre-establecidas, respetando los horarios fijados.
- Cumplir con las leyes de tránsito terrestre.
- Velar por la seguridad de los pasajeros.
- Llevar un registro del número de pasajeros, viajes realizados o rutas cubiertas.
- Revisar los niveles de gasolina, aceite y refrigerante.
- Revisar si hay alguna pieza que no esté funcionando de manera óptima.
- Revisar los frenos, limpiaparabrisas y luces.
- Desarrollar funciones de Mantenimiento y Limpieza de la unidad.
- Elaboración y revisión del ATS / Check List.
- Participar activamente en las charlas de 5 minutos de EHS.
- Otras funciones similares que indique el superior jerárquico en función de sus necesidades y requerimientos
Requisitos
- Secundaria Completa - Deseable
- Brevete categoría mínima Allla emitida por el MTC - Indispensable
- No contar con falta alguna en su récord de conductor - Indispensable
- Curso de Manejo Defensivo (CMD) - Indispensable
- Conocimientos de mecánica básica - Deseable
- Conductor de Bus o transporte de personal (a partir de 32 pasajeros) – 03 años a más
- Residir en Cusco / Calca

- Ingreso a planilla desde tu primer día de trabajo (gratificaciones, CTS, utilidades, vacaciones)
- Pagos quincenales.
- Seguro EPS cubierto al 80%
