Descripción del empleo
- Promover una cultura preventiva y de seguridad en terreno.
- Liderar la implementación y control de sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
- Identificar peligros y evaluar riesgos asociados a las actividades.
- Apoyar la implementación y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad.
- Participar en la investigación de incidentes y accidentes, aplicando la metodología correspondiente.
- Asesorar y apoyar a las áreas operativas en materias de seguridad y prevención de riesgos.
- Realizar seguimiento a la implementación de acciones preventivas y de mejora.
- Jornada 5x2 o 7x7, según requerimiento operacional.
- Turno A, H o C.
- Salud compatible con altura geográfica.
Requisitos
- Título de Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos.
- Experto en Seguridad Minera Categoría A o B.
- Postgrado en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
- Conocimiento de la normativa legal vigente aplicable al servicio.
- Conocimiento de la normativa interna.
- Conocimiento en investigación de accidentes, metodología E-Vita.
- Licencia de conducir Clase B.
- Proactividad.
- Liderazgo.
- Excelentes habilidades de relaciones interpersonales.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en terreno.
Experiencia requerida
- Mínimo 15 años de experiencia en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en minería.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en implementación y control de Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST).
