Principales funciones
Organiza y supervisa las actividades diarias del laboratorio, coordinando lineamientos técnicos, de calidad y seguridad con el Jefe de Turno.
- Organizar y supervisar las actividades diarias del laboratorio, con comunicación permanente con el Jefe de Turno.
- Revisión de mejoras y metodologías junto al Encargado de Calidad.
- Seguimiento a los planes de capacitación programados para el personal.
- Revisión en terreno del cumplimiento de protocolos.
- Incentivar la mejora continua en el área de Laboratorio.
- Control de cumplimiento de tiempos de respuesta.
Requisitos
Formación requerida
Profesional nivel universitario, Licenciado en Química, Químico, Químico Laboratorista o Analista Químico.
Experiencia requerida
Mínima 5 años.
Licencia de conducir clase B
