Gestionar y ejecutar los procesos de nómina, seguridad social, liquidaciones y conciliaciones contables, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente, las políticas corporativas y el pago oportuno y correcto a los colaboradores.
Requisitos
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en procesos de nómina.
- Manejo de grandes volúmenes de empleados.
- Conocimiento en liquidaciones, seguridad social, nómina electrónica y conciliaciones contables.
- Experiencia en sistemas de nómina como SAP, ADP o similares.
