Somos Etsa Estudios Tecnicos, empresa especializada en el sector Oil & Gas, encargados de la custodia, preservación y mantenimiento del proyecto GSP. Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda del mejor talento para ocupar el puesto de OPERADOR DE EQUIPO – CARGADOR FRONTAL
Descripción del empleo
- Operar el cargador frontal cumpliendo los procedimientos, para ello aplica normas técnicas de seguridad establecidas
- Llevar a cabo el Plan de trabajo según las instrucciones.
- Identifica fallas y reportar al jefe inmediato para el mantenimiento de su equipo aplicando técnicas de operación y seguridad.
- Cumplir otras funciones inherentes a su cargo, que le asigne su jefe inmediato.
- Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Mantenimiento básico del equipo
- Interpretar los manuales de operación y mantenimiento.
- Conocimientos básicos en partes del equipo.
- Elaboración y revisión del ATS / Check List.
- Organización de los trabajos previos.
Requisitos
- Secundaria completa (Deeable)
- Licencia AII b Profesional emitida por el MTC (No contar con falta alguna en su récord de conductor) - Indispensable
- Curso de Manejo Defensivo (CMD) – indispensable
- Conocimiento sobre Sistema hidráulico de equipo pesado (Deseable)
- Conocimiento sobre Mecánica básica (Deseable)
- Experiencia de 03 años como operador de cargador frontal

- Ingreso a planilla desde tu primer día de trabajo (gratificaciones, CTS, utilidades, vacaciones)
- Pagos quincenales.
- Seguro EPS cubierto al 80%
- Alimentación y alojamiento cubiertos al 100%.
