Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives for a global Occupational Health and Safety organization. This role will facilitate Agile planning across seven regional and functional groups while helping identify and deliver practical AI and workflow solutions that improve how work is performed.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of potential projects, lead discussions about business value and priority, and take approved initiatives from concept through implementation. This role is part of a global Center of Excellence and is best suited for a technically capable project manager who can translate business needs into actionable plans, engage geographically distributed teams, and deliver measurable results. Prior OHS experience is not required.

The preferred location is Redmond, although remote candidates working in the Americas or European time zones may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile work planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and prioritization across seven global OHS groups.
  • Manage a portfolio of technology, process improvement, automation, and AI-related project opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential initiatives based on business value, risk, feasibility, data sensitivity, resource requirements, and organizational impact.
  • Facilitate leadership discussions to establish project merit, priority, scope, and approval.
  • Lead approved projects from initial concept and requirements development through implementation and operational support.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and other technologies to simplify work, improve processes, and reduce manual effort.
  • Help develop governance for the responsible use of AI within OHS workflows, including appropriate handling of confidential and customer data.
  • Translate business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, stakeholder communications, and implementation activities.
  • Build alignment among senior leaders, technical teams, and geographically distributed stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project, program, or product management experience, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Formal project management experience or equivalent demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale projects.
  • Strong experience with Agile planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Experience leading technology, process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess competing priorities based on value, risk, feasibility, and resource requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, workflow automation, and business process transformation opportunities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and successfully deliver projects from concept through implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.

Join a collaborative global team where practical problem-solving and partnership are valued as highly as technical excellence.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 (dependent on experience).

In addition, your compensation package includes the following benefits:
