Descripción de la empresa
Buscamos un(a) Site Manager para supervisar y coordinar las actividades en terreno de un proyecto fotovoltaico flotante de 3 MWp con sistema BESS de 5 MWh. El cargo tendrá dedicación 100% en terreno y reportará directamente al Project Manager, entregando información periódica sobre avances, riesgos, productividad, seguridad y cumplimiento de hitos.
Descripción del empleo
• Liderar y coordinar las actividades diarias de construcción en terreno.
• Supervisar contratistas, subcontratistas y proveedores.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de estándares de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
• Realizar seguimiento al avance físico e informar desviaciones al Project Manager.
• Coordinar actividades de montaje FPV, BESS y obras eléctricas asociadas.
• Controlar recursos, equipos y materiales en obra.
• Elaborar reportes diarios y semanales de avance.
• Apoyar precomisionamiento, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha.
Requisitos
• Ingeniero Civil Eléctrico, Mecánico, Industrial o carrera afín.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia supervisando proyectos de energía o construcción industrial.
• Experiencia en proyectos fotovoltaicos.
• Deseable experiencia en sistemas BESS.
• Conocimiento de normativa SEC y gestión HSE.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office y MS Project.
• Licencia Clase B vigente.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en Las Cabras.
