Company Description

Our collaborative culture sets us apart. We help experts become true specialists and provide the supportive long-term structure and platform needed to accelerate your career and success.

Job Description

We’re looking for a CPV-qualified property professional to join our high-performing National Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team in Sydney.

With a strong track record across major industrial transactions, including investment sales, owner-occupier transactions, development sites and data centre opportunities, this is an opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry, gain exposure to leading institutional and international clients, and build a career on the transaction side of commercial property.

You’ll play an important role across the full transaction lifecycle, applying your valuation and analytical expertise to financial modelling, market analysis, due diligence, pricing strategy and client engagement.

Importantly, you’ll be close to the action. You’ll work directly on major industrial transactions and gain first-hand experience in how opportunities are underwritten, positioned, marketed, negotiated and ultimately executed.

For someone with a strong valuation foundation who is looking to transition into capital markets and develop broader commercial, transaction and client-facing experience, this represents an excellent opportunity to take the next step in their career.

The scope of the role will include:

  • Financial and cash flow modelling for industrial assets and development sites, supporting submissions, pitches and information memorandums
  • Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence throughout campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking
  • Researching and analysing market activity, transactions, yields, rents and broader industrial market trends
  • Managing and interpreting key sales, valuation and sector data to provide meaningful market intelligence
  • Contributing to campaign and marketing strategies for institutional, private and international clients
  • Preparing high-quality client reports, presentations and transaction materials
  • Working directly with senior team members and clients throughout live campaigns
  • Contributing to pitches, new appointments and the development of the team’s opportunity pipeline
  • Building relationships across the industrial property market and developing your own network over time

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has already built strong foundations in commercial property and is ready for the next step.

You’ll ideally be a CPV-qualified Commercial Valuer or Senior Valuer looking to take your technical expertise into a faster-paced, more commercial and transaction-focused environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation
  • Strong commercial property valuation and financial modelling experience
  • A solid understanding of the industrial property market and current trends
  • Strong knowledge of leases, cash flows, yields and investment fundamentals
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver against key transaction milestones
  • The ambition to build a long-term career in Industrial Capital Markets
