Funciones:
• Trato con bancos de datos para la planificación de la logística
• Verificación de facturas del material directo e indirecto (workflows) en cooperación con el departamento de contabilidad
• Contacto regular (en alemán, ingles y español) con proveedores y transportistas externos
• Gestión y control de los movimientos logísticos en SAP sobre materiales en consignación
• Colaboración en el registro de albaranes de proveedores en SAP
• Participación activa en Daily Management de logística
• Gestión y control de las irregularidades y anomalías logísticas
• Otorgamiento de certificados de recepción para la unión europea
• Cálculo y análisis de los Key Performance Indicators
Requisitos
Requisitos:
• Estudios de ADE o Grados relacionados con la logística
• Nivel alto de inglés y alemán deseable
• Buenos conocimientos de MS Office
• Matrícula en la universidad

Duración: 6 meses
Beca: 800€ brutos (jornada completa 40h/semana)
Horario: 8.00-17.00h (una hora de comer)
