Company Description

We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.

We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

Job Description

Picture this: 412,800 people collaborating across more than 60 countries and territories. Teams in Stuttgart, Shanghai, Boston, or Madrid shaping the future of mobility, automation, and sustainability.

Now, imagine starting your tech career by helping this massive global network connect seamlessly, in real time, on a project built completely from scratch.

Make it happen. Anywhere. Anytime. Ready to build something new and grow with us?

As a Junior IT Operations Engineer within our Lark team, you will be joining a brand-new, greenfield project from day one. We are launching and deploying Lark as our new enterprise collaboration suite. This isn't about maintaining a legacy system; it’s about designing, planning, and launching a global platform from the ground up. You will get the best of both worlds: hands-on project planning and active technical operations.

What You Will Learn & Do with Us

  • From Scratch to Global Launch: You will participate in the actual project planning and rollout phase of Lark. You will learn how to turn a strategic digital plan into a live, highly available global service.

  • Explore Platform Health: You will learn how to monitor the stability and performance of the platform. With our team's guidance, you’ll analyze system alerts to help us prevent service disruptions and keep our digital workplace running smoothly.

  • Master Technical Troubleshooting: You will dive into incident management, helping us solve software issues, configuration errors, and platform challenges. You will collaborate with local and global IT units, learning how a world-class IT support system operates.

  • Administer & Automate: You will support daily account management, access controls, and platform configurations while learning to maintain accurate technical documentation. Have a knack for coding? We’ll encourage you to identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting.

  • Collaborate Globally: You will get immediate exposure to international IT teams and global platform owners, learning how to consult stakeholders and align technical practices with a global digital strategy.

Qualifications

At Bosch, we hire for potential and train for skill. If you don't tick every single box but have solid fundamentals in other corporate SaaS suites (like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) alongside a background or understanding of IT monitoring services, we want to meet you!

  • Education & Basics: A recent Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering.

  • SaaS Curiosity: A strong interest in cloud technology, SaaS administration, and how global collaboration systems work under the hood.

  • Technical Mindset: A basic understanding or academic exposure to IT service management (ITSM) principles, troubleshooting, or monitoring tools.

  • Adaptability & Team Spirit: An adaptable mindset—since we are starting from scratch, you should be excited about navigating a dynamic, fast-evolving project landscape alongside a supportive global team.

  • Language: Fluent English skills (written and spoken)—you’ll be using it daily to collaborate with our international teammates.
