-Provide technical support to improve the RFID Converting production process and performance;
-Process standardization management, drive the production team follow the process requirement;
-Assist RFID Converting production team to improve the product quality;
-Provide technical and process training for assitant engineer and clerk;
-Provide the process training for the RFID Converting printing operators;
-Investigate all the quality issue referrint to process and find out the root cause and solution;
-Provide managerial support to manager on daily department operation,such as output and continuous improvement etc;
-Other work assigned by supervisor.

- 2 years or above working experience on printing engineering, Fleox printing is preferred.
- Good sense on printing color,Ink mixing capability is preferred;
- Good understanding on paper construction especially on self-adhesive paper.
