Objetivo del puesto. Realizar el corte de los pliegos en función del número de UPS especificados en la Work Order; especificación.
Funciones del puesto:
- Preparación de suajeAjuste de suaje (corte y doblez)
- Conocimiento de funciones de la máquina Bobst: Feeder, Suaje, Striping, recibidor
- Preparación de embosado
- Conocimiento de instrucciones de proceso (suaje).
- Ajuste en la rama de la máquinaArmado de ponche o sacabocadoMantenimiento de la máquina (TPM)Ajuste Zonal
- Revisión y medición de artes vs especificación (boceto)
- Parchado individual por plecas
- Cumplir con lineamientos EHS
- Apoyo general al departamentoRegistro hora por hora fisico y digital
- Seguimiento a programa producción
- Seguimiento a mantenimiento preventivo suajes (Levantar reporte)
Requisitos
- Educación: Secundaria - Preparatoria
