Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Suite Waiter to join our hospitality team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining service to our guests in suite and private dining environments, ensuring a memorable experience through attentive service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and company protocols
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Comply with all health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tables efficiently during peak service periods
