Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team at New College Bradford, BD5 0DX. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic individual looking for flexible work within a busy education catering environment.
Job Description
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the catering operation, helping to provide excellent food service and customer care to students, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food
- Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining food counters and service areas
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately where required
- Assisting with washing up and general kitchen duties
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and dining areas
- Replenishing stock and ensuring service areas are well presented
- Following food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider catering team to ensure smooth daily operations
