Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a **Catering Assistant** to join our dynamic team in **Galway, Ireland**. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food service and creating positive experiences for our customers. - Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, including guests, staff, and visitors
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout all kitchen operations
- Support the efficient day-to-day running of catering operations across assigned areas
- Perform general kitchen duties, including washing, cleaning, and organizing equipment and workstations
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety procedures and food safety regulations with precision
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and staffing requirements
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance food service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
**About You**
- Previous catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) or equivalent knowledge is preferred
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

**Important Requirements**
