Job Description
Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our team at Lossiemouth, IV31 6SD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual to become part of a supportive team, helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment within a busy site.
The Role
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will play an important role in providing a clean and safe environment for customers, visitors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out daily cleaning of offices, welfare facilities, communal areas and washrooms
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising designated areas
- Replenishing consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet tissue
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly
- Reporting maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to management
- Following cleaning schedules and completing tasks within agreed timescales
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Adhering to all company health & safety policies and procedures

- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Awareness of health & safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Additional Information
Employment is subject to satisfactory right to work checks.
This role is subject to security screening requirements. Successful applicants will be required to:
- Obtain and maintain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance
- Obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance
- Complete a Basic Disclosure check
Employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment and security vetting checks.
