Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our team in Harrow, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic individual looking to work in a busy and rewarding catering environment. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Food Service Assistant to support our catering operation by assisting with food service, customer interactions, and general front-of-house duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in providing a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and colleagues
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Operate tills and process transactions accurately
- Replenish food counters, beverages, and retail items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
- Support the wider catering team with daily operational tasks
