Job Description
Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a General Service Assistant to join our team at RAF Leeming. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual looking to develop their skills within a busy catering and facilities environment.
As a General Service Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high standards are maintained across catering and service areas. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers and visitors
- Serving food and beverages in line with company standards
- Operating tills and handling transactions where required
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Ensuring dining, service and front-of-house areas are clean and well maintained
- Restocking food, beverages and consumables as required
- Supporting kitchen and catering teams during busy periods
- Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times
- Carrying out general cleaning duties and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Supporting colleagues with a range of operational tasks as required.
