Job Description
We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and dependable individual to become an integral part of a busy hospitality operation, supporting the kitchen team in delivering exceptional standards and maintaining a safe, organised working environment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment to the highest standards - Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring all spaces are hygienic and well-organised - Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required
- Assist with deliveries and store stock safely and correctly in designated areas - Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with site procedures - Complete cleaning schedules to a consistently high standard - Operate kitchen cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety, COSHH, health and safety, and company procedures at all times - Help maintain a safe, organised, and efficient kitchen environment that supports the wider team - Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
