Auxiliar na execução das atividades de conservação de patrimônio, efetuando manutenção de máquinas,
equipamentos e instalações (pequena e média complexidade), seguindo critérios e procedimentos
preestabelecidos, sob orientação
• Auxiliar e executar as atividades de manutenção preventiva, baseando-se em check-list,
verificando/inspecionando o funcionamento de bombas, caixa d’água, iluminação, geradores ou
aquecedores de água quente, ar-condicionado, executando os serviços e informando ao seu superior
sobre os problemas detectados.
• Executar manutenção corretiva nos apartamentos, atendendo a chamados mais simples (troca de
lâmpadas, vazamentos etc.).
• Realizar a limpeza e pintura de áreas técnicas.
Qualificações
Cursando superior em Engenharia Civil, Tecnico em edificações e areas afins partir do 3º período.
