A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

We're looking for a Talent Program Manager to join a cross-functional group of operators and specialists who are responsible for executing on people initiatives that support Palantir's talented employees, work, and values. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span People Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal events, new hire onboarding, and logistics support.

As a Talent Program Manager, you’ll work with other program managers to support initiatives across People Experience, Events, and Learning. You’ll host Indoc, our new-hire program, in London about every other week and partner with company leaders to improve the program and showcase great work across the business. You’ll also help keep key People Experience projects on track by improving processes, clearing roadblocks, and anticipating what stakeholders need. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and learning from good ideas, wherever they come from. The team and its work are still evolving, so flexibility and a willingness to pick up new skills are important.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding in-person in our London office every other week (on average)
  • Own operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events both on and offsite
  • Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments
  • Leverage new product and artificial intelligence to scale team’s operational reach

What We Value

  • Comfortable facilitating large events, with the ability to command a room of 20-200+ attendees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders while building positive working relationships
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills. You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when executing on competing priorities.
  • A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our partnering teams informed
  • Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting

What We Require

  • 2+ years experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
  • Ability and willingness to be onsite 5 days per week

Based on business need, there are a few roles that allow for “Remote” work on an exceptional basis. If you are applying for one of these roles, you must work from the city and or country in which you are employed. If the posting is specified as Onsite, you are required to work from an office.
