Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Global Sales Enablement team helps Stripe’s sales teams develop the knowledge and skills to support our users effectively. We build onboarding and ongoing learning experiences covering Stripe’s products, sales processes and tools, sales skills, and business knowledge.
We work with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to turn complex information into practical learning resources. Through self-serve content, practice, and feedback, we help sellers build and apply skills in their day-to-day work.
What you’ll do
You’ll design, build, and maintain learning content that gives Stripe’s sales teams a consistent foundation for their work. Your projects will include e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools that help sellers learn new concepts and apply them.
Working with enablement teammates and subject matter experts, you’ll clarify learning needs, develop content using established frameworks, and improve materials based on feedback and learning data. You’ll manage your assigned projects, communicate progress, and keep content accurate as products and processes evolve.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools aligned with defined learning objectives
- Use authoring, visual design, and approved artificial intelligence tools to create and update instructional content
- Partner with product marketing, operations, and other subject matter experts to gather information and validate content accuracy
- Apply instructional design and user experience principles to create clear, practical learning experiences
- Assess learning needs with stakeholders and translate capability gaps into focused content and activities
- Use learner feedback and learning activity data to evaluate content effectiveness and make improvements
- Maintain existing materials and manage assigned projects, communicating progress, dependencies, and competing priorities
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, or a related learning-content development role, applying instructional design principles and established frameworks
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise or comparable software, to build structured learning experiences
- Ability to explain complex information through clear writing, visual design, and learning activities
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to learn unfamiliar products or processes and develop accurate content
- Experience managing content-development tasks and deadlines, incorporating feedback, and using learning data to improve materials
Preferred qualifications
- Experience developing learning content for sales or other customer-facing teams
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies
- Experience using large language models to support learning-content development
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or other multimedia production tools
- Experience designing game-based or mobile learning
- Familiarity with agile development methods or Kanban
