  • Define and maintain traveller communications, policy guidelines, and self-service resources
  • Oversee issue resolution relating to travel disruptions, complex itineraries, or VIP escalations

Risk, Duty of Care & Compliance

  • Partner with Security and Legal to uphold duty of care obligations
  • Ensure regional alignment with traveller tracking, emergency response protocols, and travel risk management
  • Support internal and external audits relating to travel and expense programmes

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for business leaders and HR partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Meetings & Events, Mobility, and People Operations teams
  • Contribute actively to global travel governance forums and working groups

Skills & Experience Required

  • Track record of building standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, and documentation from the ground up
  • Highly articulate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Navan, Concur, NetSuite, Brex, American Express, and Google Workspace is desirable

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Travel cost savings against established baselines
